At Sisira Organics, we take great care in delivering our premium organic products – Wood pressed oils, A2 ghee, herbal powders, wellness juices, spices, millets, honey, and skincare straight from our facility in Visakhapatnam to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where we ship, along with the costs and conditions involved.

By placing an order on sisiraorganics.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
  • During sale events, festivals, or high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket, and Xpressbees.

International Shipping

At present, Sisira Organics ships only within India. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon. For bulk international inquiries, please email us at orders@sisiraorganics.com.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by destination from our dispatch hub in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier limitations, regional restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues.


4. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep shipping affordable while ensuring safe, well-packed delivery:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799 (within India).
  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies, calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery pin code.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional handling charge of ₹49 per order.
  • Heavy or bulk orders (oils, ghee jars exceeding 5 kg total weight) may attract additional shipping charges, which will be displayed transparently at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most serviceable pin codes across India.
  • Maximum COD order value: ₹2499. Orders above this must be prepaid.
  • Customers must verify their order via OTP/phone confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for that customer in future.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order via:

  • The tracking link sent to your registered email and mobile number.
  • Logging into My Account → Orders on sisiraorganics.com.
  • Contacting our support team directly for real-time updates.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.


7. Packaging

Our products are packaged with care to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit:

  • Wood pressed oils, ghee, and liquid wellness juices are sealed with tamper-evident caps and bubble-wrapped.
  • Powders, spices, and millets are packed in food-grade pouches or jars and cushioned within sturdy outer cartons.
  • We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability.

8. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, leaked, or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package, OR
  • Take clear photos and an unboxing video before opening, and contact us within 48 hours at support@sisiraorganics.com along with your order ID.

Claims raised without an unboxing video for damaged/leaked items may not be eligible for replacement.

Missing or Lost Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 days, please reach out to us. We will coordinate with the courier and either re-dispatch or refund based on investigation outcome.


9. Incorrect Address & Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate before placing an order.
  • Address changes can be requested within 2 hours of order placement by emailing support@sisiraorganics.com or calling our support line.
  • Once an order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.
  • Sisira Organics is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

10. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

Some remote locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is non-serviceable:

  • The system will notify you at checkout, OR
  • We will contact you within 24 hours of order placement with alternative options or a full refund.

11. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from a single order may be shipped in multiple packages (e.g., when items are stocked at different warehouses or due to weight restrictions). You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, with no extra cost to you.


12. Holiday & Sale Period Shipping

During Diwali, Sankranti, Ugadi, mega sales, or other peak periods:

  • Order processing may take 2–4 additional business days.
  • Courier delivery timelines may be extended due to higher volumes.
  • We recommend placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive gifting.

13. Force Majeure

Sisira Organics shall not be held liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, cyclones, pandemics, government restrictions, transport strikes, civil unrest, or courier network disruptions.
