Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order directly on our site by visiting My Account > Orders and clicking the “Track” button next to your recent purchase.

Don’t panic! It often takes 24–48 hours for a carrier to scan a package into their system after the label is created. If your tracking number still shows no movement after 2 business days, please reach out to our support team.

“Processing” means we have received your order and are currently picking, packing, and preparing it for shipment. This stage usually takes 1–3 business days. Once it leaves our warehouse, the status will change to “Completed” or “Shipped.”

We move fast! We can typically change the address within 2 hours of the order being placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to reroute the package.

First, check with neighbors or around your porch/side doors. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a few hours before it actually arrives. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier directly to check the GPS delivery coordinates.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.
