Delivery in 30 mins is available in 530013 and within 3 km of our store. Everywhere else, we deliver across India.

Where do I find my order number?

It’s in the order confirmation email and SMS, and on the thank-you page after checkout (for example #4512). Signed-in customers can see every order under My account → Orders.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in 2–5 days anywhere in India. Orders are packed fresh in Visakhapatnam, usually the same or next day. In our Visakhapatnam express zone, delivery is in about 30 minutes.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Courier updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after pickup. If nothing changes after that, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll check with the courier.

Can I change my address or cancel the order?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number as soon as possible.
